KILLING JOKE bassist Paul Raven was found dead (Saturday, October 20, 2007) in a private home in a small French village on the Swiss border after suffering an apparent heart attack. Raven (who is also known for his work with MINISTRY and PRONG) was in Geneva working with French recording artists TREPONEM PAL on their new release alongside The legendary drummer Ted Parsons (KILLING JOKE, N.I.C., JESU, GODFLESH, PRONG, Foetus, SWANS) and members of THE YOUNG GODS.

Eulogy is a special concert taking place in London on Wednesday 28th May
2008 at The Underworld, Camden.
Eulogy is a dedication to the legendary Bass Player PAUL RAVEN from KILLING JOKE, MINISTRY and PRONG who passed away at the end of last year.
Concerts will be performed by bands who were close to RAVEN:-

Reunited French industrial metal pioneers TREPONEM PAL (named after the bacteria that causes syphilis) will headline the Paul Raven tribute show at The London Underworld on Wednesday, May 28. The band is keen to pay tribute to the much-admired musician — eminent bass player of KILLING JOKE, GODFLESH, PIGFACE, MURDER INC., PRONG, MINISTRY — who was working on the new TREPONEM PAL album when he tragically passed away in October of last year.
